New Integration With CauseMatch Launched!

PhoneRaise has recently announced a new integration with CauseMatch that will enable a two-way flow of data to and from PhoneRaise.

Fundraising platforms are the foundation for any online fundraising campaign and CauseMatch provides a robust platform that maximizes your fundraising potential.

Integration Details

The integration with CauseMatch contains three sections.

1. Sync pledges to CauseMatch

Any time a pledge with an amount is added to PhoneRaise the donation will be immediately added to CauseMatch. The donation will be marked as an offline donation and will be displayed on the donor board on the CauseMatch website. This eliminates the hassle of manually adding a pledge in the CauseMatch backend.

2. Dynamic Status Updates

When a donation is made in CauseMatch (online or offline) and the phone number or email address matches an email address or phone number in PhoneRaise the status for that prospect will be dynamically changed to already donated. This will ensure that a donor will not be contacted again by mistake.

3. Online Donation Integration

PhoneRaise makes it easy for volunteers to take a payment over the phone. A payment button on the prospect's card will take the volunteer to the CauseMatch campaign page where they can enter in the donor's credit card information. This eliminates mistakes and messy handwriting when writing down credit card numbers on paper. Future integrations will see an in-app donation form and the ability to donate to the volunteer's team page.
